I got into Real Estate after many years of owning my own businesses.  I realize, belatedly, that the only asset of lasting and appreciating value is Real Estate. So, from a financial viewpoint, it makes sense to have a home or a business in an environment that is safe and offers financial security for the family that you care about.

I'm old enough to understand the huge difference between a "house" and a "home" and CARE enough to ensure that you and your family get the maximum that you can sensibly afford.

I also care about ensuring that you have the right "MOTIVATION" should you decide to sell your business and to make sure you have a viable "LIFE PLAN" to move forward sensibly.

My extensive experience in buying, building and selling businesses over 30 years, also enables me to understand a business opportunity, and further, to understand the financials behind the business.  As an Associate Member of the Ontario Marine Operators Association, I tend to specialize in Marinas and Waterfront commercial properties, so, if you are looking for a fun (most of the time) business, that gets you away from the congestion and smog of the GTA, let me know.
